If the senior moves out of a home and the family does not need it or the cost of transitioning to a facility dictates the need to sell the home, Malloy Horizon will contract with an in-house licensed Realtor to list the home and sell it. Each licensed Realtor works for a Brokerage Real Estate company or is a Broker themselves. The client will contract with the Brokerage and the Realtor for the service of selling the home. Currently, Malloy Horizon’s Owner, Christine Malloy is a licensed realtor for Berkshire Hathaway, a national brand with real estate offices throughout the Country. Her expertise will guide the client in making decisions regarding downsizing, rightsizing, selling or investing in real estate.
