We offer gentle and expert guidance when discussing the relocation and help make important choices to provide quality of life for the senior that includes Freedom, Clarity and Simplicity.

Our initial consultation’s purpose is to understand the need for the transition and what care and services will be required for you or your loved one.
We learn where the best location for the senior to live in; what state or city within the US.
We explain the different options available.
We discuss the financial impact and we discuss funding options to consider.
We determine the timing of when the transition will take place. For example, timing may be urgent due to a medical need or safety concerns. In some cases, timing may be determined based on finances and/or available beds at the preferred facility.
We help you understand how MALLOY HORIZONS can remove the stress caused by trying to make decisions alone. We can help make the process simpler and do the work for you so you do not have to.

To contract with MALLOY HORIZONS to provide Senior Placement & Advisory Services, we collect a $500 (refundable*) retainer service fee. See additional information here regarding Placement services and fees.
